Based on two decades of research at the Institute of Medical Biology at the Singapore Agency for Science Research and Technology, TulangCo has developed technology to harness the natural healing abilities of glycosaminoglycans in the repair and regeneration of bone. Our orthobiologic medical device, "Velocity," leads to more predictable outcomes and does not require the addition of cells or growth factors to achieve bone repair or regeneration, presenting far fewer safety concerns over competing technology. Our technology is based on a patented method of identifying, manufacturing and making use of a glycosaminoglycan in combination with a medical device.
Velocity combines a proprietary collagen scaffold formulation with a glycosaminoglycan manufactured by our proprietary process that enables surgeons to deliver at a patient's bone injury site a bone graft substitute, containing a tissue-targeted glycosaminoglycan.
